Picking, Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost varies on location and rural or urban areas.  This is added at the end of your checkout.  Please, if you are rural, click rural.  

When we ship your produce:
You can order anytime on our shop. We ship your orders Monday to Wednesday.  This is so you can get your order ideally by the end of the week and your orders aren't sitting in a depot over the weekend.  

So if you order on a Wednesday/Thursday/Friday for example, your order won't be shipped until the next Monday.  (All weather dependant) Thankyou for your understanding. 

South Island Orders

These are shipped on a Tuesday, weather dependant. 

Custom Soap Orders

Payment must be made upfront once you receive order invoice for payment and you have ordered your custom batch soaps.
